As we are rapidly approaching the end of the year ( where did 2017 GO? )....I have been closely monitoring the market and the rates as well. With our current market being very steady and climbing, the interest rates will also be following suite. The squeeze on available inventory has also driven existing home sales to the highest we've seen in years.
